The Bible teaches us that when we come to know, love, and follow Jesus Christ, we become part of a family - the body of Christ. Just like our own bodies are made up of many parts with different but important functions. The body of Christ is made up of people with a variety of strengths designed to work together to glorify God and impact others. There are many ways to serve here at Venture Church.
Open Door
HSE & ESL Classes
Following our directive to have an impact in our community, Venture Church hosts Open Door, a program that offers both ESL (English as a Second Language) classes and HSE (high school equivalency) classes to adult learners. Our Center
Community care
There are many ways to serve the needy in our community. We have partnered with the Our Center here in Longmont, CO and have committed to preparing meals for the less fortunate. The men of our church have grown our commitment to six dates in 2023. Join us if you can! Reach out to Terry Sellers for more information.
Mission Trips
Mission trips are a wonderful way to get a first hand look at the impact God is having around the world. It also gives us a chance to visit our Global Partners, help with projects, teach others about Jesus, and make new friendships beyond boarders. We have recently organized trips to Peru, eSwatini, and the Middle East. For more information about these trips connect with Pastor Terry Sellers.
Global Outreach
At Venture Church we love being a part of what God is doing around the globe. Our participation focuses on ministries engaged in compassion, justice, discipleship, and evangelism. We support Global Partners both locally and globally. These partnerships are focused on reaching the needs of the most vulnerable and least reached parts of the world including those in our own back yard.
